Consumers who wish to file a complaint on an TCA member, please click on the Consumer Complaint tab and fill out the necessary forms. TCA members are listed on the ACA website at www.acainternational.org , under members. Please verify that the agency is a member of TCA/ACA before submitting your complaint. Also see additional consumer information posted for your use under "Consumer Information" tab.
